2026-2030 The Roadmap for Regenerative Development

The S&A Trust was founded on a single principle: Legacy is more valuable than Liquidity. As we look toward the 2030 horizon, our vision for the Annfield tract is one of “Integrated Prosperity.” We are demonstrating that it is possible to extract high-value timber, host critical infrastructure, and protect a vibrant ecosystem all on the same 24.25 acres.

Our 5-year roadmap is clear. Phase One (2026) is the “Data Consolidation” phase—building the Data Room and the “Field Intelligence” hub you see here. Phase Two (2027-2028) involves “Infrastructure Integration,” where we leverage our ridge-line for utility prospecting. Phase Three (2029-2030) is the “Stewardship Harvest,” where we selectively thin our White Oak stands to capture peak market value while leaving a “Legacy Forest” for the next generation.

We invite our partners, our neighbors, and our investors to look at land through this new lens. We aren’t just “holding” dirt; we are “curating” an asset. The Annfield tract is the blueprint for how S&A Trust will manage land for the next quarter-century. Join us as we build the high-ground of the future.

The “Quarter-Century” Rule: We don’t make decisions based on the next 90 days of the stock market. We ask: “Will this decision make the land more valuable in 25 years?” If the answer is yes, we proceed.
