By requesting access to the S&A Trust Data Room, the Applicant acknowledges that all materials—including inventory tonnages, GPIN mapping, and entity structures—are proprietary.
The Applicant agrees to treat such information as strictly confidential and shall not disclose or distribute these records to third parties without the express written consent of S&A Land LLC. Formal NDAs may be required prior to the release of full title abstracts or specific financial settlement data.
